Ashel & Da Shel's families will be in charge of Friday
Denton's family will be in charge of Saturday
What does that mean?
If your family is in charge that means three things. First, you get to pick the location. Second, you're in charge of putting together at least one activity and one craft. Third, you're in charge of dinner.
For example, my family, Denton and his kids, are in charge of Saturday. We would pick a location (somewhere in Eastern Idaho). We'd come up with some crafts and activities (providing all the supplies) for everyone to be involved in. Lastly, we would provide all the food needed to feed everyone who comes for dinner.
Things to consider:
*We will have one leader from each family who will coordinate things with us and everyone else
*Activities - keep in mind the variety of ages, kid games vs adult games, and be sure to leave time for chatting
*Breakfast, lunch, & lodging - each family is responsible for their own
*As soon as we have a head count, we will let everyone know how much food to buy
