July 4th AND...NEXT YEAR!!

Denton's Family got together last night to plan for Saturday's festivities...we even planned NEXT YEARS reunion!!! 

June 26th, 2010...SAVE THE DATE!!!  It is a one day thing!!!  It will be held at Denton's house and we will have a pot luck dinner.  Everyone will bring enough food for their size family and everyone will get to pick and choose what they want to eat!  It will most likely be a water day so prepared to get wet!

Saturday's agenda will be emailed to you from Michelle, look for it and print it out!

Thank you for sending those pictures Aunt DeShel!  I still need a blurb about each family. 

I need all of Ashel's family members/families and all of Denton's family members/families to send me their family photo's with a little diddy about themselves for the family tree book! PLEASE get these to me, Leslie, by this Friday (May 8th)!!  Thank you!!!

Info on July 3rd!

We have put together a brief outline for July 3rd.  I have not coordinated with Aunt DaShel, so nothing is set in stone but this is our general idea.
 
We have reserved a Shelter at Tautphaus park in Idaho Falls for that whole day, We will have a ton of activities ready for people to do volleyball, basketball, soccer, crafts, there is a water fountain , threre are 3 or 4 playgrounds really close to the shelter for any of the kids to play on. We can also go to the Zoo, or the skate park, we will have an outline of the day, there will be a place to have lunch and then we will coordinate dinner for the that night!!

Family Auction

Everyone would bring things to auction off. It could be something you made or something you don't want anymore. Vote yes or no on the poll if you would like to do this for our family reunion in July. The money raised would go toward next years reunion plans!

Girls Night Out!!

Hey Lady's!! This is a night out for all the sister-in-laws/cousin-in-laws to enjoy some relaxation away from the kiddy's! TyAnna reserved a hotel room in Idaho Falls for all who can join us! We will meet at AmeriTel Inn (the one by the theaters) at 6:00pm and head over to Craigo's for an all you can eat dinner feast! Remember to bring your favorite treat and game to share with everyone...oh...and a bathing suit, the pool is open 24-7!!

The invitations are in the mail so get back to TyAnna if you are going to be able to join us!

*Idea: Does anyone want to do a craft/FHE packet/girls night once a month? We can do one of a few things:
Everyone makes a craft (one for each member of the group, then we would walk away with one of our crafts plus the crafts each person brought for you) OR Everyone makes a FHE packet (one for each member of the group, including yourself) and swap that night OR One person hosts it each month and we do the craft together OR two people hosts the month, one being in charge of a craft and the other in charge of the FHE packet. What do you say? Any takers?

Family Pictures Needed

We are going to put a family tree together!!  We need EVERYONE to send us a picture of the whole family OR a picture of EACH individual in your family.  Along with your picture(s) we need a little blurb about your family (you know like what you would write in a Christmas letter...what your family is up to: likes, activities, etc.)  Something we could all learn about you.

We are thinking about putting a book together with pictures of each family. For example, names and a description of family events happening in your neck of the woods. We can start with Grandma and Grandpa Evans, then go all the way down to the Fab-Five Babies, the ones being born this (school) year!
